به همت کتابخانه عمومی شهید بابه مزاری(ره)، محفل نقد و رونمایی کتاب «حقوق سیاسی زنان در افغانستان»، اثر محمدحسین معرفت، با حضور جمعی از استادان، پژوهشگران، فرهنگیان، دانشجویان، نویسندگان و علاقهمندان حوزه فرهنگ و دانش برگزار شد.
این محفل با هدف معرفی و بررسی علمی این اثر و ایجاد زمینه برای گفتوگوی تخصصی درباره حقوق سیاسی زنان در افغانستان برگزار گردید.
در بخش اصلی برنامه، کتاب از سه منظر تخصصی مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفت:
🔹 علوم سیاسی: بررسی مفاهیم حقوق سیاسی، مشارکت سیاسی و جایگاه زنان در ساختار سیاسی افغانستان.
🔹 حقوق: بررسی مبانی و چارچوبهای حقوقی مرتبط با حقوق سیاسی زنان و جایگاه آن در نظام حقوقی.
🔹 روش پژوهش: ارزیابی روششناسی، ساختار پژوهش، شیوه گردآوری و تحلیل مطالب و انسجام علمی اثر.
کارشناسان و ناقدان حاضر در نشست، با ارائه دیدگاههای تخصصی خود، ابعاد مختلف کتاب را مورد بررسی قرار داده و نکات، ظرفیتها و زمینههای قابل بحث در اثر را مطرح کردند. نویسنده نیز در ادامه به بیان دیدگاهها و پاسخ به نکات مطرحشده پرداخت.
در ادامه، مراسم رونمایی رسمی از کتاب «حقوق سیاسی زنان در افغانستان» با حضور مهمانان و شخصیتهای علمی و فرهنگی برگزار شد.
این نشست نشان داد که نقد علمی، نه پایان یک اثر، بلکه میتواند آغاز گفتوگویی تازه باشد؛ گفتوگویی که در آن، پژوهش، نقد منصفانه و تبادل اندیشه زمینهساز تولید دانش و آثار علمی بیشتر میشود.
کتابخانه عمومی شهید بابه مزاری(ره) ضمن قدردانی از حضور ارزشمند همه مهمانان، کارشناسان، ناقدان و دستاندرکاران این برنامه، بر ادامه برگزاری نشستهای علمی، فرهنگی و پژوهشی تأکید میکند.
کتاب خوانده میشود، نقد میشود و اندیشه از دل آن شکل میگیرد.

Book Review and Launch of ‘Women’s Political Rights in Afghanistan’
The event brought together professors, researchers, educators, university students, writers, and people interested in culture, knowledge, and academic discussion.
The gathering aimed to introduce and academically examine the book while creating space for a specialised discussion on the political rights of women in Afghanistan.
During the main part of the programme, the book was reviewed from three professional perspectives:
Political Science: An examination of political rights, political participation, and the position of women within Afghanistan’s political structure.
Law: A review of the legal foundations and frameworks related to women’s political rights and their place within the legal system.
Research Methodology: An assessment of the research method, structure of the study, methods used to collect and analyse information, and the overall academic coherence of the work.
Experts and reviewers attending the session shared their professional views and examined different aspects of the book. They highlighted its key points and strengths while also identifying areas that could encourage further discussion and research.
The author then responded to the observations raised during the session and shared his own views on the issues discussed.
The programme continued with the official launch of the book “Women’s Political Rights in Afghanistan,” attended by guests and respected members of the academic and cultural community.
The gathering demonstrated that academic criticism does not mark the end of a work. Instead, it can open the door to a new conversation — one where research, fair criticism, and the exchange of ideas help create further knowledge and encourage new academic work.
